Objectives
Aim: To increase health professionals’ knowledge and build capacity in responding to disclosures of IPV/RCA.
Learning Outcomes.
The learner will be able to:
·Discuss important aspects of health care for a patient who discloses IPV/RCA.
·Outline important issues to discuss when helping a patient consider their safety.
·Appropriately respond to a disclosure of abuse.
